Today, as we continue to celebrate International Women’s Day, I would like to introduce you to Lauren of Liv & Let. Lauren created Liv & Let, a centralised information hub for those receiving a cancer diagnosis, during treatment, and during recovery. She has also created the most fabulous caring crates.

I had the enormous pleasure of meeting Lauren, virtually as we do these days, but also because she is based in the US. Lauren is a breast cancer survivor and started her website Liv & Let after her own experience. The initial vision was to create a space to provide resources and inspiration to support everyone going through breast cancer, recognising that it is not only the person who has the illness that needs support.

Her website is full of comprehensive and useful information to explain and support after a breast cancer diagnosis and is an invaluable resource for not only anyone who has received a breast cancer diagnosis, but their support network.

Liv & Let has evolved over time and now includes Giv by Liv & Let, which assembles personalised and curated caring crates. The crates are for those recently diagnosed, who are receiving treatment, to give someone comfort, to say thank you to a caregiver, really anyone who is touched in some way by this illness. I am so proud that Liv & Let carries FEARLESS. t-shirts and totes in their product list to be included in the caring crates.
